Created by stonemason and entrepreneur Amadeus Ruffilli–Schipperheyn, Pazzi Marble & Granite combines age-old traditions of a highly skilled workforce with Hi Tech digital technology and cutting edge machinery to express modern influences.
Peter Schipperheyn a sculptor with 40 years of experience, trained in Carrara Italy, and Cinzia Ruffilli (nee Pazzi), is a talented stone mosaic artist trained in Ravenna. Together with Amadeus they have established a business renowned for creating beautiful works in stone.

Pazzi Marble & Granite have worked with 1000 + clients and delivered 2300 + jobs to clients such Janine Allis (founder of Boost juice), Michael Argyrou (owner of Hickory Group), Bruno & Daniel Grollo (Past and current Managing Directors of Grocon), Paul Keating (Former Prime Minister of Australia).
Pazzi Marble & Granite specialize in supplying, fabricating and installing natural stone (Marble, Granite, Limestone, Onyx, Quartzite, Semiprecious etc.), Engineered stone (Caesar stone, Silestone etc.) and ultra compact surfaces (Dekton, Neolith, Porcelain etc.) to High end domestic and commercial projects.
We “Realise your design in stone” by utilising the latest in high tech Italian CNC machinery (5 Axis CNC Saw and Water Jet and a 5 Axis CNC milling and shaping work centre) with traditional methods and age old craft of carving and hand finishing stone. We are able to process with millimeter accuracy over 300 sq mtrs of finished product per week per shift.
For standard works our turn around time is 10 business compared with industry standard of 15 business days.

Pazzi has a combined experience of over 40 years of experience working stone. Pazzi combines the best of age old traditions techniques and knowledge with cutting edge digital technology and machinery.
Pazzi is able to process all types of work in stone from the utilitarian and functional to the most complex, detailed and luxurious of projects. Pazzi has invested in the latest hi tech machinery and backs this up with highly skilled and experienced stonemasons. Pazzi can fabricate and install materials that many other Stonemasons are unable or unwilling to process, such as Porcelain and Dekton. Pazzi are able to do the jobs that other Stonemasons say are impossible!
